Behind the site
Privacy & your information
What the website and its tools do with inputs, links and contact messages.

Using the website and tools
The site does not require an account to read guides or use the calculators. Calculations and search filtering run in your browser. This launch adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts and does not store calculator inputs in an application database.
The quick selector and optional scenario links put inputs into URL query parameters. When a URL is opened or shared, those values are sent to the hosting service as part of the request and may be present in browser history or service logs. Do not put personal information into tool fields or shared links.
Hosting and technical information
The site is published through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and security events, to deliver and protect the service. This website’s application code does not control all provider logging or security features.
Contact messages
Contact links open your email application. Sending a message shares its contents and your email address with the publisher at info@hydropolis.com and the email services used for delivery. Include only information needed for the enquiry. The site does not add you to a marketing list.
External websites
Manufacturer, regulator and other source links take you to separate websites with their own practices. Product images are served with this website rather than requested from retailer tracking feeds.
Questions
For a privacy question or request concerning information you sent, contact info@hydropolis.com. Explain the request without sending identity documents or sensitive information unless a suitable process is agreed.
